Workshop: Treatment of Sports Injuries with Neuro Muscular Medical Taping Concept
This workshop will provide you with a solid, practical grounding in the treatment of sports injuries with Medical Taping Concept, sometimes refered to as kinesio or physio taping.

Registration on Saturday 20 November, 8.30am. Workshop 9am to 5pm.
Eligibility
This course is open to all physiotherapists and degree level sports therapists. No Basic Neuro-muscular Taping Technique Course required.
What you need to bring
Only a good pair of large scissors (absolutely essential) to cut the tapes, and loose, comfortable clothing suitable for physical activity. It's good if you shave your legs, back and chest beforehand to accommodate tape application.
You may also bring your own case histories for discussion. Everything else is provided (click here)
Objectves
Teaching manual physiotherapists the specific applications of CureTape for various common sports injuries, using the tools and skills of the Medical Taping Concept and integrating them into general physiotherapy treatment. The workshop emphasis is strongly on practice (85%). The aim is to empower you to optimise athlete recovery and improve athlete performance. See workshop content below.
The workshop includes a practical exam and is certificated. CPD accreditation under application.

About Hans de Bruijn
With extensive and energetic experience in international business and management consultancy as well as in physiotherapy Hans de Bruijn is a dynamic figure.
Hans is an experienced sports physiotherapist, personal trainer, mental coach, and fitness trainer. As a therapist he has worked with national elites in several European and World Championships and Olympic Games.
Hans owns physiotherapy clinics and several fitness centres and has also helped develop Physiotherapy and Fitness, and Sports Physiotherapy in the Netherlands. He has trained many therapists in Medical Taping Concept technique and in Sports Rehabilitation and Fitness.
