About the Author:
Dr Lifang Liang received her MD from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, where she studies both industrial and Chinese medicine. After graduating, she spent 6 years receiving specialised training in Gynaecology. She then practiced and taught at the medical shcool for 14 years. In 1989 Dr Liang moved to the USA to conduct research on in vitro fertilisation at the University of Texas Medical School. Following that , she moved to San Francisco to teach Gynaecology at the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr Liang has recently earned her PhD from the American Global University Program for Oriental Medical Research in the treastment of infertility using a combination of Chinese and industrial medicines. Dr Liang is a member of RESOLVE, a national resource organsiation for those battling infertility. She is currently pursuing her dream of combining Chinese and industrial medicine in San Francisco, where she teaches Gynaecology at ACTCM, and has her own clinic.
